Workona Alternatives: 6 Tab Managers Compared
Workona is a project workspace that happens to manage tabs: Spaces hold tabs, docs, links and integrations such as Google Drive, task apps and Slack. People look for Workona alternatives when they only wanted a tab or bookmark manager and are paying monthly for the rest.
Pro starts at $7 a month and Team at $8 per user per month with a 3-user minimum, and free accounts are individual-only. The tools below keep to the tab and bookmark lane or trade the workspace for a different plan.
Why people switch
Why people leave Workona
- Pro starts at $7 a month; Team starts at $8 per user per month with a 3-user minimum.
- Free accounts are individual-only and limited.
- It is built around Chrome and Edge; Firefox is not a first-class story.
- It assumes Google-centric cloud work, so you pay for more surface than saved tabs and notes.
