TabBud Terms of Service

You need an account to sync your tabs. Use an email address you own, keep your login secure, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. TabBud is not intended for children under 13.

The tabs, Spaces, Collections and notes you save are yours. You let us store, sync and display them only so TabBud can work for you, as described in the privacy policy. When you share a Space, you choose who can view or edit it, and you are responsible for sharing it only with people you trust.

Please do not use TabBud to:

• break the law or store or share illegal content;
• send spam or share content that harms other people;
• disrupt the service, or try to reach other people's accounts or data.

The Free plan has usage limits. Pro is a one-time payment with no subscription. Prices and plan details are on the pricing page. Refunds follow the payment and refund policy at the end of the privacy policy.

You can stop using TabBud and ask us to delete your account at any time. Accounts with no activity for 12 months are deleted automatically, along with their data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

We work hard to keep TabBud running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We recommend exporting a backup of your library from time to time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-data damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for TabBud.

We may update these terms. The latest version is always at https://www.tabbud.com/terms. If you keep using TabBud after a change, you accept the new terms.
